Ingham, North Queensland | Full-time | OTE $150,000/yr + Super, Car, Accommodation Assistance

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for the automotive industry? We're looking for a leader with a proven track record in automotive management who can drive business growth while building genuine roots in the local community.

What You'll Be Doing n

n
- Leadership & Team Development: Lead and develop a small team across sales, service, parts and administration. You'll recruit, coach and build succession plans, fostering a high-performance, engaged culture aligned with the dealership's goals.

- Operations, Planning & Compliance: Full accountability for the branch's day-to-day operations and financial performance, including annual business planning, budgets and stock management, working with the Group Financial Controller and Fixed Operations Manager, and ensuring OH&S;, Australian Consumer Law and manufacturer standards are met.
n
- Sales & Customer Growth: Drive current and Used vehicle sales and local area marketing, pursue fleet and commercial opportunities with local businesses and organizations, and ensure manufacturer customer experience standards are consistently achieved.

- Community Presence: Be a visible face of the dealership at sporting fixtures,



charity events and through the local Chamber of Commerce, representing the dealership's sponsorships and building relationships across Ingham's business community.

What You Bring to the Role nn
- Proven Leadership Experience: A track record in a dealership sales/service management role, such as General Manager, GSM, or Fixed Operations Manager.
n
- Financial & Operational Expertise: Confidence managing the financial side of a dealership, with a strong understanding of profit margins, cost control and P&L; accountability.
n
- Community-Minded Leadership: You enjoy being part of a small town. You're the kind of leader who turns up, gets involved, and becomes a trusted face in the community.

- Exceptional Communication & Relationship-Building Skills: You work well with staff, customers and suppliers alike, and you know how to nurture relationships that last.
