EVT is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to join the team at the Old Clare Sydney for a 12-month maternity leave cover. You’ll lead guest room cleanliness, public areas, and back-of-house spaces with a detail‑driven, boutique-hotel mindset.

You’ll hire, train, and mentor a high-performing housekeeping team, ensure brand standards, manage stock and budgets, and collaborate across departments to deliver memorable guest experiences.
