Great prospect to join a busy and experienced technical team in a thriving Sydney design focused studio. In this role you will be working within a highly skilled team on significant Industrial, Data Centre, and Commercial projects. Some of these projects are in Japan - Japanese language skills beneficial but not necessary.
You will have strong Revit skills and proven documentation experience from concept through to construction stages - initial work is in front-end. This is an immediate start contract role that will initially take you up to the holidays, with ongoing potential!
Key Responsibilities
- Revit documentation on complex projects
- Technical development of the design and construction documentation
- Coordinate with external consultants and contractors
- Collaborate with internal team on project requirements and deliverables
Skills and Experience
- Strong Revit skills gained in practice
- Excellent communication skills, both visual and verbally
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality documentation
- NSW experience and building knowledge
- Experience in relevant Commercial/Data Centre projects
