/n · Have a passion for retail
/n · Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
/n · Enjoy working in a team environment /n What we require:
/n · Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business
/n · A high level of Flooring product knowledge such as carpets, timber floors and tiles to support customer queries
/n · Must be able to measure, draw, read plans and sell flooring products in home
/n · Current drivers license and own mode of transport preferable car is essential
/n · Experience in retail management with an excellent sales track record
/n · Have the ability to maximize sales, assist with coaching, leading and motivating an enthusiastic team
/n · Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
/n · Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
/n · Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
/n · Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
/n · Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades /n What we offer:
