Luno is a Melbourne-based electrical business working across residential, commercial and light industrial projects, focused mainly on the inner east. We've built our name doing things that should be standard in this trade but often aren't - turning up when we say we will, communicating properly, doing the work neatly, and taking responsibility for the whole job, not just the electrical part of it.

The idea behind Luno is simple: the job is the baseline, the experience is the product. We treat every customer like we're working in the home of a friend or family member - and we expect the same care from everyone who wears a Luno shirt.

The work

You'll be across a genuine mix - high-end residential, commercial, light industrial. Installations, maintenance, fault finding, bigger project work. No two days look the same.

You'll manage your own jobs, talk directly to customers, sort your own materials and think on your feet. We're not after someone who needs handholding. We're after someone who notices the details, takes ownership, and leaves every job better than they found it - because how you leave a customer's home matters as much as the work itself.

Who we're after

You'll need an A Grade Electrical Licence, White Card and driver's licence.

Solar, batteries, refrigeration or split systems experience is a bonus - not a dealbreaker.

More than anything, we want someone who takes real pride in their work. Reliable. Organised. Comfortable working independently, but a positive communicator who adds something to the team, not just the roster.
