About the Role
We are seeking a fulltime Accounts Assistant to join our team at Polycell International Pty Ltd in Kingston, Queensland. You will handle a variety of accounting and administrative duties to support our growing business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions in a high-volume environment
- Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Preparing invoices and statements for customers
- Assisting with financial report preparation and analysis
- Providing administrative support to the finance team
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience in an accounts assistant or accounts payable/receivable role in a high-volume environment
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Qualifications in accounting or business administration are an advantage
- Due to our business relationships with Asian countries such as Taiwan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and China, the ability to converse in one of these dialects will be advantageous.
