Join Our Team Dongara Marine are looking for a friendly, organised, and detail-oriented Accounts Clerk & Payroll Officer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Payroll Administration
- Review and approve employee timesheets
- Process weekly payroll
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Respond to payroll enquiries and ensure payroll compliance with legislative requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of payroll, financial, and employee records. Accounts Administration
- Process and enter supplier invoices into the project management/accounting system.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Manage petty cash, including reconciliation and data entry into MYOB.
- Process and coordinate Boat Slip Requests and maintain associated records.
- Support general administration and finance functions as required.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in payroll, accounts payable, or an accounts clerk role.
- Experience using MYOB
- Strong data entry and reconciliation skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of payroll legislation and financial administration processes.
