About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Clerk to join our growing team at Beaver Tree Services in Forrestdale, Western Australia. This is a part-time position with flexible workdays and hours that will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health and compliance of our expanding operations.

What you'll be doing

- Handling accounts payable and receivable.

- Processing of accounts payable from PO to invoice to scheduling payments

- Daily processing company credit card receipts and reconciliation to statement

- Deal with all incoming e-mail for accounts

What we're looking for

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounts role

- Proficient in using Xero

- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy

- Highly organized with the ability to priorities tasks and work to deadlines

- Good communication skills and a collaborative team player
- A relevant qualification in bookkeeping would be an advantage

- Good team player who enjoys working within a team.
