Position Description
Reporting directly into the Finance Manager, you will work in a close knit finance team and your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Matching invoices with purchase orders
- High volume invoice processing
- Ensuring timely payment of supplier invoices through the payment runs
- Statement reconciliations
- Resolve invoice discrepancies
- Management of relationships with suppliers
- Setting up new vendors and suppliers
- Handling queries - both internally and externally
- Ad hoc tasks as required
Candidate Profile The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar end to end Accounts Payable position as well as the following attributes:
- Energetic and positive can do attitude, with a keen eye for detail
- Well developed verbal & written communication skills
- Prior experience in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Keen desire to roll up your sleeves and hit the ground running
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
