Administration Supervisor – Pathway to Practice Manager

OCD Clinic Brisbane | Carina, Brisbane | 4–5 days per week | Immediate start

This is a long-term opportunity for someone with psychology practice experience who is ready to step into leadership and, over time, progress into a Practice Manager role.

You’ll receive in office training and mentoring from our part-time Operations Manager and work closely with our Director and Principal Psychologist. From the outset, you’ll form an important part of the clinic’s leadership team.

The role

- Oversee the day-to-day running of the clinic
- Lead and support the administration team
- Manage workflows, clinician diaries, cancellations and waitlists
- Oversee referrals, intake and new client enquiries
- Manage billing, Medicare processes and accounts
- Troubleshoot day-to-day issues and ensure things are followed through
- Maintain and improve clinic systems and procedures
- Support recruitment, onboarding and staff training
- Work closely with clinicians and the leadership team

About you

You may currently be a Senior Administrator, Team Leader or Administration Supervisor within a psychology practice and be ready for your next step.

You’ll be organised, warm and professional,



confident leading a team and comfortable taking ownership of the day-to-day running of a busy clinic.

You’ll have good judgement, strong attention to detail, be able to manage competing priorities and, importantly, be someone who follows things through.
