Help keep our Allied Health Intake services running smoothly
Behind every positive health service is a team making sure the right people, information and appointments are in the right place.
We're looking for an organised and people-focused administrator to join our Allied Health Intake team.
You'll support with the administration behind client intake and service delivery. You'll be the first point of contact for clients and staff, supporting them with the information they need or helping direct enquiries to the right person or service.

You're organised and enjoy keeping information accurate and up to date.
You have strong attention to detail and can manage competing tasks while meeting deadlines.
You're confident using Microsoft Office and database systems and are willing to learn new systems and processes.
You're warm, professional and comfortable communicating with a range of people, including clients, staff and stakeholders.
You have a Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent previous administrative experience.
Your new role
You'll provide administrative support that helps keep intake and waiting lists, referrals, client information, appointments and service records accurate and up to date.
The role also involves preparing correspondence, reports and program resources and supporting meetings.
You'll also respond to enquiries and identify or escalate any issues that require further support.
You'll work under the direction Allied Health Intake Coordinator and closely with the Allied Health Intake team to ensure clients receive a smooth and timely service.
