Reporting into the General Manager you will be the hub of information, responsible for creating a seamless member & guest first-impression experience and delivering exceptional service levels. This is a part-time role offering 20-24 hours a week, requiring flexibility and availability to work during the week and on weekends as needed. The position would also suit a parent re-entering the workforce, and looking for flexibility around children's activities and school.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a high standard of service to members and guests.
- Ensure the Club's policies, rules and regulations are adhered to including enforcing the dress regulations.
- Assist members and guests with all enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform daily banking and administrative duties.
- Assist in the organisation of golf bookings for members, visitors and social groups.
- Assist in the administration of the club membership database.
- Assist in the facilitation of daily club events, fixtures and meetings.
- Assist members and guests with other reception-based enquiries.
About you
- Minimum 1-year experience in either a reception or administration related role.
- Personable approach with a demonstrated passion for customer service.
- Solid organisational skills with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Intermediate computer skills including word, excel and outlook programs.
- Current NSW RSA.
- Working rights in Australia.
