Working under the direction and guidance of clinic owner Dr Twalumba Nkwilimba and Practice Manager Janet O'Brien, you will be the first point of contact for patients and play an important role in the smooth operation of the clinic. Patients are our number one priority, whether attending to them by phone, face-to-face or via email.
Key responsibilities
- Answering phone calls
- Updating patient details
- Booking appointments
- Greeting patients
- Taking payments
- Processing private health insurance claims via HICAPS
- Processing invoices
- Ordering stock and supplies
- Sterilising equipment
- Preparing letters as requested by practitioners

- Excellent people skills and a friendly demeanour suited to a front-of-house role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn systems and adapt to new processes
- Qualified, customer-centric approach

About us Canning Vale Podiatry Clinic has been operating for over 20 years. Since June 2022, we have operated from a purpose-built, modern facility at Livingston Shopping Centre. The clinic provides general podiatry and podiatric surgery services to a wide range of patients/clients.
