Our client is looking for a warm, organised and highly reliable Administrator to be a key point of contact for students and families.
You’ll manage enquiries, enrolments, student records and payments across phone, email and text, while working closely with internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
The Role
- Respond to student and parent enquiries across phone, email and text.
- Manage enrolments, student records, attendance and payment information.
- Coordinate with internal academic, finance and operations teams.
- Follow up outstanding payments and unresolved issues.
- Maintain clear, professional and friendly communication.
- Handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- Identify opportunities to convert enquiries into enrolments.
- Proactively resolve issues and escalate when required.
About You
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Robust attention to detail and highly organised.
- Experience in administration, customer service or education support is preferred.
- Comfortable working across different software and systems.
- Calm and professional when dealing with high volumes of enquiries.
- Proactive, reliable and able to work independently.
- Genuine interest in helping students and families.
- Strong commercial and customer-service mindset.
- NSW HSC completion is required.
