Programmed is currently seeking reliable and physically fit Order Pickers for an ongoing opportunity based in Hazelmere with a leading national beverage distribution company. The role offers consistent hours, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for long-term work.
What's on offer?
✅ $38.01 per hour (inclusive of applicable loadings)
✅ Afternoon shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm, Monday to Friday
✅ Ongoing work with potential weekend shifts

About the role
You will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders within a busy warehouse environment.
Key duties include:
- Voice picking and order selection
- Operating electric pallet equipment
- Manual pallet wrapping
- Loading and staging completed orders
- Repetitive manual handling and lifting of products up to 25kg
- Working towards productivity targets
- Maintaining a safe work setting
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience (preferred)
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Full working rights in Australia with no restrictions
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive lifting
- Strong reliability and attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
