The Chance

Reporting to the Head of Digital & eCommerce, you’ll play an important role in growing Vida Glow’s affiliate, creator and partnership programmes across our key global markets.

This is a commercially focused role where you’ll combine relationship building, partnerships and data to drive revenue and growth. You’ll identify new opportunities, manage and develop affiliate and creator relationships, coordinate campaigns and closely track performance, budgets and ROI.

Working closely with Brand, Creative, Social, PR, eCommerce and Sales, you’ll help turn partnerships and creator activity into measurable commercial results and identify where we can improve, scale and invest further.

What You'll Do

- Support and grow Vida Glow's affiliate programmes across Australia, the UK and the US, with a strong focus on commercial growth and performance.
- Recruit, develop and manage relationships with affiliate partners, influencers and content creators.
- Identify partnership opportunities that can drive revenue, customer acquisition and brand growth.
- Monitor affiliate and campaign performance, analyse results and use data to identify opportunities to improve ROI.
- Track budgets, commissions, campaign costs and performance against commercial targets.
- Prepare regular reporting and insights, with the ability to clearly communicate what is working, what isn't and where we should invest further.
- Coordinate influencer gifting, product launches,



campaigns and paid collaborations.
- Support TikTok Shop affiliate recruitment and creator campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, product dispatch and creator communications.
- Research creator, affiliate and eCommerce trends and identify new growth opportunities.
- Work closely with Digital, Marketing, Sales and Commercial teams to maximise campaign performance and revenue.

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

- 1–3 years' experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, influencer marketing, digital marketing, eCommerce or a similar commercial role.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with confidence working with numbers, budgets, performance data and ROI.
- An ability to understand what drives revenue and identify opportunities to improve commercial performance.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn campaign data into clear insights and actions.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- A proactive, curious and commercially minded approach, with the confidence to take ownership and make recommendations.
- The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and balance relationship-building with commercial priorities.
- A genuine interest in digital growth, eCommerce and the creator economy.

Experience within beauty, wellness, lifestyle, FMCG or eCommerce is highly regarded.

Experience with platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopify, Awin, impact.com, GRIN, Aspire, CreatorIQ or similar affiliate and creator platforms will be advantageous.
