Key Responsibilities/n · Provide personal care including showering, dressing, grooming and toileting /n · Assist with domestic support such as cleaning, laundry and meal preparation /n · Support community access including appointments, shopping and social outings /n · Deliver companionship and emotional support /n · Promote independence, choice and dignity /n · Observe and report changes in client wellbeing /n · Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team About You/n · Passionate about supporting older people to live well at home /n · Reliable,
