What you'll bring to the team
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef
- Confidence working across a variety of kitchen sections and environments
- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience)
- Full Australian working rights
- A current Police Check or willingness to obtain one if required
- A Working with Children Check is highly regarded, but not essential for all roles
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and reliability
- The ability to adapt quickly and work confidently in different kitchens
