/n - Penrith – Penrith, Emu Plains /n In this role, you’ll spend your day meeting local business owners face-to-face, understanding their purchasing needs and introducing them to an industry-leading business purchasing platform. - $79,500 base salary + commission + super

/n /n About the role /n Your core mission is to expand the network of local small businesses by acquiring new customers and driving ongoing platform engagement and spend for our top-tier client Amazon Business! You will operate autonomously in field, acting as a trusted consultant to local businesses and managing your territory. /n You'll be: /n /n
- Identifying and acquiring new business customers through proactive, face-to-face sales activity within your territory
/n
- Engaging with small business owners to understand their unique purchasing and procurement needs
/n
- Demonstrating how our platform delivers value through premium products,
competitive pricing, and smart buying solutions
/n
- Working towards sales, customer acquisition and activity targets
/n
- Securing and attending a consistent daily pipeline of unique customer appointments
/n
- Driving ongoing client engagement and purchasing behaviour
/n
- Maintaining 100% accurate, real-time records of all customer visits and interactions within the CRM
/n
- Representing our client’s brand professionally in the field while maintaining the highest standard of brand compliance
/n /n About you /n You are: /n /n
- Confident approaching and building rapport with recent people
/n
- Motivated by achieving targets and earning commission
/n
- Comfortable working independently in a field environment
/n
- Energetic, proactive, and self-driven
/n
- Organised with strong communication skills
/n /n To be successful, you will need: /n /n
- A current valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (mandatory) - to travel to your allocated territory
/n
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience (B2B or direct sales highly regarded)
/n
- Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills
/n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
/n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
