WinTender Australia is looking for a confident, organised appointment setter to connect with Australian organisations that may be eligible for government grants or private grants. Your focus will be to start conversations and book qualified appointments for our team.

What you’ll do

- Contact organisations identified as potential matches for grant opportunities
- Speak with decision-makers to establish interest and gather basic qualification information
- Book appointments for the WinTender Australia team
- Follow up with prospects and record call outcomes accurately

What we’re looking for

- Experience in appointment setting, outbound calling or business development
- A clear,



professional phone manner
- Confidence speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers
- Strong follow-up and organisational skills
- A reliable internet connection and availability during Australian business hours

Grant experience is welcome but not required. Training on the grant opportunities and our appointment-setting process will be provided.
