About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsperson / Architectural Technician to join our studio and contribute to a variety of exciting ongoing and upcoming projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to be part of a dynamic team working on high-profile and large-scale architectural projects.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare detailed architectural documentation using Revit.
- Produce construction documentation and technical drawings.
- Develop BIM models in accordance with project standards.
- Coordinate documentation with structural, civil and MEP consultants.
- Review consultant drawings and incorporate design changes.
- Assist with BIM coordination and clash resolution.
- Maintain Revit models and project documentation.
- Ensure documentation complies with Australian Standards and NCC requirements.
- Support architects throughout documentation and construction phases.
- Ability to interpret survey data, levels and site constraints for documentation purposes.

About you

- Diploma or Certificate
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field – highly desirable
- 5+ years experience – highly desirable
- Advanced Revit Skills
- Experience working on large-scale projects such as mixed-use, health, infrastructure, or justice projects.




- Strong design skills and a passion for innovative, forward-thinking solutions.
- Well-developed drafting and technical skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Solid problem-solving abilities and the ability to deliver solutions efficiently.
