About the role:

J&M; Asphalt is seeking a dedicated and skilled Asphalt Crew Members to join our team on a full time basis.

We are an established asphalt construction company based in Hazelmere, Western Australia. Our reputation is built on our commitment to excellence, reliability and cost-effective solutions.

What we're looking for:

- Asphalt Paver operators
- Screed hands
- Roller + Multi operators
- Bobcat operators
- Rake + shovel hands
- Multi skilled operators (Flocon trucks, Crew truck, Rigid truck & trailer combos)
- Leading hands

The successful applicant should have:

- Minimum 2 years experience in an Asphalt related role
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or night shifts
- Permanent and unrestricted working rights within Australia
- A valid White Card
- Valid drivers license (HR highly regarded)
- The ability to undertake physically demanding work
