The Role

As the Asset Systems Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the effective management of Council's infrastructure assets through the administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of Council's asset and maintenance management systems. Reporting to the Coordinator Asset Management, you will ensure the quality, integrity and usability of asset data, coordinate infrastructure inspection programs, develop reporting and analysis tools, and support the integration of asset information across multiple systems. Working closely with internal stakeholders, contractors and service providers, you will contribute to informed decision-making, improved service delivery and the sustainable management of assets across our growing municipality.

You are an organised and solutions-focused qualified with experience in asset, maintenance or information management systems. You bring strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to translate technical information into practical outcomes.



With excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach, you can support users, improve system performance, and ensure the integrity of critical asset information.
