Our Chance

With continued growth and development of the business, a need has arisen to bolster the finance and administration team with the addition of an accountant to support the Financial Controller and management team.

The size and nature of the business will require the person to be flexible and undertake a broad range of tasks and responsibilities. With the right candidate this role could develop and grow with the business.

An example of what you will be working on:

- Weekly & Fortnightly Payrolls

- Accounts Payable & Receivable





- Assist with cost allocations and intercompany invoicing

- Code and reconcile credit card transactions

- Assist project teams with information for claims

- Myleave and Redifund lodgements

- Assisting with purchase order compliance

- Assist finance team with monthly close

Desired qualifications, skills and experience

- Accounting or related qualification

- Experience running payroll, EBA exposure highly desirable

- Proficient in MS office Suite, particularly Excel

- Experience using accounting software, preferably Xero

- Organised, methodical with good attention to detail

- Must have full working rights in Australia
