About the Roles:

We are currently hiring for Assistant Manager positions across our venues in the Mackay Region.

As a key part of our management team, you'll be responsible for:

- Leading and mentoring your team by example

- Overseeing day-to-day operations during your shift

- Managing stock, labour, and other expenses

- Reconciling floats and balancing the DTS

- Upholding and driving exceptional customer service standards

- Working flexible hospitality hours – including weekends and nights

What You’ll Need:

- RMLV

- Approved Manager’s Licence

- RSA

- RSG
- A genuine passion for people and hospitality

- Solid leadership skills and a hands-on approach
