As the right hand to the Store Manager, you’ll take the reins in their absence and be a key player in driving sales, creating memorable customer moments and maintaining a space that reflects the Tree of Life spirit. /n ABOUT THE ROLE /n This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll: /n /n

- Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a passionate retail team

- Take full responsibility for the store when the Manager is away

- Drive daily sales targets and team performance

- Foster an exceptional customer experience every time

- Oversee your own department within the store

/n

- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation is on point

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Fashion, Jewellery or Homewares retail

- Leadership potential and confidence to manage the store solo

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including Mondays, Sundays, and peak trading periods (including Christmas)
