About the Role/n As Assistant Store Manager, you will partner closely with the Store Manager to lead, coach and inspire the team to achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. /n You will play a key role in driving store performance, developing talent, maintaining operational excellence, and creating a positive and engaging store culture. Key Responsibilities/n /n

- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales, productivity and KPI targets

- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and clienteling

- Recruit, coach and develop high-performing team members

/n

- Drive team engagement, motivation and accountability

/n

- Maintain visual merchandising and operational standards

- Analyse store performance and identify opportunities for growth

- Support inventory management, loss prevention and compliance processes

/n About You/n /n

- Previous leadership experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader within retail

/n

- Passion for luxury, premium fashion or lifestyle brands

/n

- Proven ability to drive sales and team performance

/n

- Strong coaching, communication and relationship-building skills

/n

- Commercially minded with strong problem-solving abilities

/n
