/n Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) – RPN3 /n ANUM Year 1/RPN3 Year 3 - $120,442.40 – ANUM Year 2/RPN3 Year 4 - $124,498.40 /n Position Purpose /n The Associate Nurse Unit Manager is a frontline nursing leadership role working closely with the Unit Manager to deliver high-quality clinical care, operational leadership and workforce management. /n ANUMs are responsible for coordinating shifts, supporting clinical governance, leading nursing teams and contributing to unit culture, quality improvement and service development. /n Essential Qualifications /n Candidates must possess: /n /n

- Current AHPRA registration

/n

- Minimum Postgraduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing (or recognised equivalent)

/n

- Eligibility to work in Australia

/n

- Ability to satisfy police and security screening requirements Meet immunisation requirements

- Typically 3+ years mental health nursing experience

- Minimum 2 years operating at senior clinician, team leader or acting ANUM level
