About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Automotive Paint Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role involves building strong relationships with existing customers while developing new business opportunities within the automotive repair and refinishing industry.
You will be responsible for promoting and supporting our automotive paint products, providing technical advice, and helping customers achieve the best possible results.
This is a full time Monday to Friday position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an existing customer base of panel shops and automotive repair businesses
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
About You:
- Experience in automotive refinishing, paint sales, or a related industry (preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Basic computer skills for reporting and communication
- Current driver’s licence
