/n /n /n As an AVP - Program Manager reporting to VP – Program Manager, you will be accountable for shaping and executing the delivery of complex technology solutions to world-leading market infrastructure operators and new markets across the globe. - /n Define and lead end-to-end program strategy for complex technology implementations, ensuring alignment with Nasdaq's global objectives. /n
- /n Represent Nasdaq with senior external stakeholders, clients, and internal leadership through structured governance and steering committee engagement. /n
- /n Drive financial accountability through rigorous budget creation, tracking, and risk management, including proactive mitigation planning. /n
- /n Champion quality assurance and progress reporting standards across all phases of the program lifecycle. /n
- /n Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to Project Managers operating under your program governance, helping build capability and foster a high-performance delivery culture. /n
- /n Ensure adherence to global delivery standards while adapting to the complexities of international client environments. /n /n Required Qualifications /n /n
- /n Extensive experience in technology project and program management within financial markets or a comparable global industry. /n
- /n Demonstrated success leading large-scale, complex delivery programs across international, cross-functional environments, with full accountability from initiation to client acceptance. /n




- /n Robust executive presence with the ability to engage credibly with senior clients, suppliers, and internal leadership. /n
- /n Proven ability to mentor and uplift Project Managers across complex programs, driving delivery excellence through collaboration and influence. /n
- /n Deep understanding of financial technology infrastructure and the full software development lifecycle. /n
- /n Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to navigate diverse stakeholder environments across geographies. /n /n /n Preferred Qualifications /n /n
- /n Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including Scrum Master practice. /n
