Role Description This is a remote, commission-based contract role for a B2B Telemarketer – Appointment Setter. The role involves making outbound calls to business prospects, introducing Sydney WEB team’s web design, SEO, and digital marketing services, and qualifying leads based on predefined criteria. The telemarketer will schedule appointments for the sales or consulting team, update CRM records, and follow up with interested prospects to confirm meeting details.

Day-to-day tasks include managing call lists, adhering to call scripts while personalizing conversations, documenting call outcomes, and meeting agreed performance targets.



The role also includes collaborating with internal team members to refine messaging and share feedback from the market.
