Must-Have Skills:

- Robust backend development experience with C# and modern .NET, preferably .NET 8 or later.
- Advanced expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, including query optimization, performance tuning, transactions, locking, and concurrency management.
- Experience developing and supporting asynchronous, multithreaded, event-driven, or scheduled processing systems.
- Strong understanding of synchronization mechanisms, race conditions, retries, timeout handling, and failure recovery patterns.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot across application code, databases, services, configurations, scripts, and infrastructure layers.
- Experience modernizing legacy applications while maintaining business rules, system integrity, and operational outcomes.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and root-cause investigation skills.
- Exposure to front-end technologies including HTML5, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS3, and Vue.js 3 is highly desirable.
