Bakery Production Assistant

Brasserie Bread is looking for reliable and motivated Bakery Production Assistants to join our growing production team.

We have opportunities available across morning and afternoon shifts, with both full-time and casual positions available.

You’ll be involved in the production of high-quality artisan breads and pastries, including sourdough, croissants, loaves and specialty products, while working alongside an experienced bakery and pastry production team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the preparation and production of artisan breads and bakery products

- Follow recipes, production processes and quality standards

- Assist with baking, preparation, packing and general bakery production duties

- Maintain consistent product quality and presentation

- Follow Food Safety and HACCP requirements

- Keep production areas clean, organised and safe

- Work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced production team

About You

We’re looking for people who are:

- Experienced in bakery, food production or food manufacturing

- Experienced in artisan baking is advantageous, particularly sourdough, croissants or similar products

- Reliable, punctual and hardworking

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

- Committed to quality and attention to detail

- Able to follow recipes, processes and instructions
- A team player with good communication skills

- Passionate about food and baking





- Available to work mornings and/or afternoons, depending on your availability

Previous bakery or food manufacturing experience is preferred, however we are open to candidates with the right attitude and transferable experience.
