Bakery Prep Hand — Goodwood Bakeshop in Marrickville

Goodwood Bakeshop is looking for a reliable prep hand to join our production team. This is a hands-on role supporting our bakers with the everyday tasks that keep the bakery running smoothly — perfect for someone who takes pride in doing things properly and wants to build a future in baking.

What you'll be doing

- Making sweet and savoury fillings
- Mixing cookies and fillings
- Cutting and slicing
- Packing, labelling and general stock rotation
- Cleaning and maintaining an organised, food-protected workspace
- Supporting the bakers with whatever the day's production needs

What we're looking for

- A strong, reliable work ethic and willingness to get stuck in
- Comfortable with early starts and on your feet for a shift




- Happy to follow instructions and processes consistently
- Not afraid to ask questions
- A genuine interest in baking and food production; previous kitchen, hospitality or bakery experience
- Must be available Wednesday-Saturday
