We're looking for an experienced bar person to join the team at Cactus Jack's Gumdale. CJ's is a busy, energetic restaurant where we like to keep things relaxed while delivering professional service.
Key responsibilities
- Make excellent drinks and cocktails
- Manage drink orders and bar setup
- Complete closing duties
- Maintain a friendly, calm approach under pressure
- Communicate effectively with floor and kitchen teams
About you
- Experience working behind a busy bar, including making cocktails
- Confidence with drink orders, bar setup and closing duties
- A friendly, calm approach under pressure
- Strong communication with the floor and kitchen teams
- Current Queensland RSA
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
