We are looking for an All-round Bar / Coffee professional to join our Italian hospitality family across our venues. We are growing quickly and would love to find friendly and ambitious people keen to learn and grow with us!

This role is ideal for someone confident behind the coffee machine, comfortable working across the bar and floor, and who enjoys a fast-paced, team-driven environment. You will be responsible for delivering consistent coffee quality, friendly customer service and supporting daily service operations.

Key responsibilities

- Preparing espresso coffee and milk-based drinks to a high standard
- Basic latte art and consistency during busy periods
- Bar service including cocktails, wines and beers
- Customer interaction with a warm and professional approach
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of coffee and bar areas
- Supporting the team across service when required




- Leading a team in a friendly but effective way
- Stock maintenance
- Stock ordering

What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a barista and Bartender in a busy venue
- Ambition to become a supervisor and grow in our management team
- Confidence working independently during peak hours
- Strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Availability for mornings, weekends and flexible shifts
