We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso-based coffee, teas, and other beverages to a high standard.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Run our drinks and provide floor service when needed.
- Provide friendly, productive, and professional customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the café and work areas.
Skills & Experience
- Previous barista or café experience of at least 2 years is prefered.
- Knowledge of espresso preparation, milk steaming, and coffee-making techniques.
- Coffee art presentation would be an advantage.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Food safety knowledge or certification is an advantage.
Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
