We’re looking for an experienced Barista / FOH Lead to join Flinders Food Co.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves great coffee, hospitality and running a smooth service.

You’ll be responsible for leading FOH service, making consistently excellent coffee, supporting and training the team, maintaining high service standards and helping create the warm, professional experience FFC is known for.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is an experienced barista
- Has robust FOH and customer service skills
- Can confidently lead a team and service
- Is organised, reliable and proactive
- Leads by example and isn’t afraid to jump in
- Loves hospitality

Full-time hours | Consecutive days off | Great team | Regional SA hospitality Pay: $28.32 – $47.07 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 per week
