We are seeking an experienced Barista FOH customer service operative to join our team at Green Eats Café in BP Roadhouse, Walpole. This is a permanent full-time role to lead FOH operations and support the overall running of the store and cafe. We are looking for a Barista with proven experience working in a busy cafe/roadhouse environment.
Key responsibilities
- Work efficiently and calmly in a busy café/roadhouse environment
- Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and support the kitchen team to ensure smooth running of all areas of the business
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Deliver excellent service and build strong relationships with regular customers
- Support a reliable, punctual team culture
About you
- 2+ years barista experience in hospitality preferred
- Strong barista skills including coffee preparation, milk texturing, consistency, and workflow
- Self discipline with strong customer service skills
- Calm under pressure, able to juggle multiple tasks
- Flexibility, including early mornings and weekend availability - must be punctual and reliable !
