Sell offshore talent into Australian real estate. Big patch, short cycle, warm brand.

Our client is one of the largest offshore staffing providers in Australian real estate — PE-backed, technology-led, and growing the vertical hard. This is a pure recent business and account growth role.

What you'll own A patch of existing accounts already buying seats, which you grow.

Net-new business across your territory.

Sales cycle is fast, roughly 90 days from first conversation to a seat going live. Larger corporate deals run longer.

You'll be out with clients rather than stuck in the office, and you'll represent the business at industry events. A centralised marketing team runs campaigns and staffs booths, so your time goes into selling rather than event logistics.

Must-haves

- A current, personal closing track record — real numbers, not claimed capability
- Both account growth and self-sourced new business in the same role. This isn't a farming seat and it isn't pure hunting
- PropTech, SaaS, or Tech sold into real estate,



or property management background. Real estate operators are in scope
- Credible with principals and agency owners — you'll be selling to the person who owns the business

- You manage yourself. There's no micromanagement here and none is wanted
- Generally two-plus years per role

Nice to have

- HubSpot fluency
- Existing relationships across Australian real estate franchise networks
- A NSW network — there's a genuine coverage gap there
- Any prior exposure to offshoring, BPO or EOR models. Useful, not essential — people from the software space pick the model up quickly

Commission trails rather than resetting each January, so what you build compounds into year two.

Brisbane or Sydney. Hybrid, a couple of days a week in the office — the view internally is that office time is time not spent in front of clients.
