MindMate is expanding our allied health team, and we’d love more Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists to join us.

We already have OT and Speech Pathology capacity within MindMate and support 400+ NDIS participants across WA, with established referrals continuing to grow.

Experienced PBS practitioners also welcome to apply.

We are looking for therapists and practitioners who enjoy the freedom and flexibility of working independently, but who also value being part of an established team with systems, referrals, mentoring and support already in place.

What we offer

• $130–$160/hour contractor rates (regional)

- Choose when, where and how much you work
- Continue seeing your own private clients if you choose
- Workers’ compensation and superannuation, depending on contractor arrangement
- Work through an established NDIS-registered provider, with compliance systems already in place as NDIS registration requirements continue to evolve
- Access established referrals without having to build a business from scratch




- Work independently while still having mentoring, collaboration and a team behind you
- Chance to develop into Positive Behaviour Support if that pathway interests you
