/n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/n

- Engage customers with a friendly and approachable manner

/n

- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalised beauty consultations

/n

- Promote benefits of products to generate sales and achieve set KPI’s

/n

- Provide expert product knowledge across cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance

/n

- Maintain high standards of visual presentation and stock levels

/n /n ABOUT YOU/n

/n /n

- Ability to speak fluent Chinese (Mandarin) is essential

/n

- Proven retail/sales experience in beauty, fragrance, or cosmetics

/n

- Excellent communication skills and vibrant personality

/n

- Demonstrated passion for beauty, fragrance and skincare products

/n

- RSA certification and ability to speak a second language (desirable but not essential)

DETAILS OF THE ROLE/n

- Location: Melbourne Airport

/n

- Full time position: 76 hours’ fortnightly

/n

- Part time position: 60 hours’ fortnightly

/n

- 2 week rotating roster

/n

- Availability to work a versatile schedule including weekends and public holidays
