Lilly Cosmetic & Beauty, right in the heart of Penrith, is a fast-paced, fast-growing Cosmetic, Beauty and Spa Clinic — and we've been doing this for 10 years. Our team of Doctors, Registered Nurses, Nail Artists, Massage Therapists, Cosmetic Tattoo Artists and Skin Therapists bring serious training and serious heart to everything we do.

About the Role

This is a role for someone who wants room to grow — your treatments, your client base, your career. You'll be delivering beautiful beauty treatments and building real expertise alongside a team who'll actually invest in getting you there.

- Casual or permanent part-time — your choice, with ongoing regular hours either way

- Above-award pay, plus superannuation paid on everything you work

- Real, ongoing training — both in-house from our expert team and external training specific to how we do things at Lilly

Key responsibilities:





- A full range of beauty services — waxing, facials, spray tanning, lash lift & tint, chemical peels and more

- Expert application of lash extensions

- Reception and PA-style support for our Director, RNs and wider team

- Client consultations — working out what they actually need and building a plan around it

- Hands-on with the latest tech: body sculpting & tightening, microdermabrasion, dermaplane, LED light therapy

- Building genuine relationships with clients who keep coming back

- Bringing a results-driven mindset — once you're settled in, we'll set clear targets together and make sure every client feels looked after, not just processed

- Recommending the right home-care products and regimes

- General clinic upkeep — cleaning, restocking, answering calls and emails, keeping the treatment room immaculate

- Spotting the latest social trends and creating content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok — yes, that includes getting in front of the camera yourself

About You

- Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy — this one's essential

- Industry experience is a bonus, not a dealbreaker — we'd genuinely rather find the right person than tick a box

- Genuinely invested in the wellbeing industry, not just here for a job

- You care about the quality of what you deliver, and love sharing your knowledge with clients

- Strong communicator with polished, professional presentation

- You get the Lilly brand and vibe with our values, not just our services





- Confident creating social content — filming, editing, posting, and yes, being on camera

- Available for late nights and weekends

- Bonus points for experience or training in Spa Therapy or Dermal Therapy (skin needling and the like)

Your Hours

- Wednesday: 12pm–8pm

- Thursday: 12pm–8pm

- Saturday: 9am–4pm

Real, regular hours from day one. As you settle in and build a client base who ask for you by name, there's genuine room to grow — a Friday shift is next on the cards, with Tuesdays a likely addition down the track too.
