Your Role as a Receptionist: As a receptionist, your goal is to provide an exceptional experience for our clients, offering top-notch customer service and supporting the nail technicians during busy periods.

Responsibilities:

- Answering the salon phone and handling appointment scheduling.




- Performing cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy workplace.
- Helping to increase the salon’s income through effective calendar management or local area marketing.
- Assisting walk-in clients and providing them with excellent service.
- Starting gel removals (training will be provided).
- Greeting and welcoming clients, ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
- Offering clients hot herbal tea for a relaxing experience.
- Supporting nail technicians with their tasks as needed.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a receptionist.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Basic IT skills.
- Familiarity with nails is preferred, but not required.
- Experience in answering phones and managing client communications.

Bonus Qualifications:

- Infection Control Certificate (HLTINF001).
- First Aid Certificate.
- Nail Technician certification.

Salary and Compensation:

- Part-time, permanent position.
- Starting at $27.81+ per hour

Schedule: Tuesday 10-5pm

Thursday 5-830pm
