We’re looking for our next Beauty & Skin Therapist to join the team at Just Perfect Beauty in Mackay. ?
✨ The Role
This is a full-time position with:
- No weekends
- One to two late nights per week
- Ongoing education, training & mentoring

At Just Perfect Beauty, we specialise in results-driven skin health, advanced treatments and personalised skin programs.
Our treatment offering includes
- DMK treatments & skin revision
- Hydrafacial's
- Skin Needling & RF Needling
- IPL
- Advanced skin treatments & customised facials
- LED & advanced treatment technologies
- Brows, lashes & beauty services
You’ll have the opportunity to work across a range of advanced treatments while developing your knowledge and expertise through ongoing education, hands-on training and mentoring.
? Who we're looking for
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is qualified and passionate about the beauty & skin industry
- Has a genuine interest in skin health and achieving results
- Loves connecting with clients and creating an exceptional experience
- Is motivated to continually learn and improve
- Takes pride in their work and presentation
- Is reliable, positive and a team player
- Is excited by goals, growth and achieving great results
- Holds a Certificate IV or Diploma of Beauty Therapy, or a relevant skin/dermal qualification
You don’t need to know everything — but you do need to be willing to learn.
