We’re a busy skin and beauty salon in Bundaberg Central, and we’re all about great treatments, great results and making our clients feel amazing.

Our focus is heavily centred around skin health and results, but we also love the relaxation side of what we do, because sometimes you just need a really good facial and an hour to switch off!

We’re a close-knit team who support each other, have plenty of laughs and genuinely enjoy coming to work. We take our treatments seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously.

We’re looking for someone who will fit into our team culture just as much as they fit into the treatment room.

About the role

We’re looking for our next Beauty Therapist to join the Stellar Skin Body Spa team!

This is a part-time position, with the chance to grow your hours over time. We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves what they do, enjoys making clients feel amazing and is excited to continue learning and growing, especially when it comes to skin.

You’ll be working alongside a fun, supportive team who love what they do, have a good laugh and take pride in giving our clients an experience they’ll want to come back for.

What we're looking for

We’re looking for someone who:

- Must be Diploma qualified in Beauty Therapy

- Has a genuine love for skin and skincare

- Is excited to continue growing their skin knowledge and treatment skills

- Can deliver an amazing facial experience

- Is confident with massage and all areas of waxing

- Has a warm, friendly personality and enjoys connecting with clients





- Takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about the client experience

- Is reliable, motivated and works well as part of a team

- Is available Thursday evenings and Saturdays

- Has 2 years’ industry experience preferred, but not essential, we’re happy to consider the right person with the right attitude and passion

You don’t need to know everything. We’re big believers in learning, training and growing together, so if skin is something you’re passionate about and you’re keen to build your knowledge, we want to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

- Performing a range of treatments including facials, massage, waxing, lash and brow services

- Creating beautiful, relaxing and results-focused facial experiences for our clients

- Conducting client consultations and tailoring treatments to suit their individual needs

- Recommending suitable treatments and homecare to support their skin goals

- Building genuine relationships with clients and making them feel comfortable and cared for

- Keeping treatment rooms clean, tidy and beautifully presented

- Working confidently with professional skincare products and salon equipment

- Maintaining accurate client notes and treatment records

- Keeping up with new treatments, products and skin knowledge

- Supporting the team with the day-to-day running of the salon

- Most importantly, being part of the team and having a good time while doing it!
