As our salon continues to grow, we are looking for skilled and passionate Beauty Therapists to join our team and contribute to the high standard of service our clients expect.

Key tasks: Perform professional manicure and pedicure treatments, including nail shaping, cuticle care, buffing, preparation and finishing treatments. Apply a range of nail systems and finishes, including standard nail polish, Shellac/gel polish, Acrylic, SNS (dipping powder), Gel X and Builder Gel, according to client preferences and nail condition. Apply, shape and finish artificial nails and nail extensions, ensuring a neat, durable and professional result.

Perform nail infills, removal, maintenance and repair treatments, including repairing damaged, cracked or broken natural and artificial nails. Create customised nail art and decorative designs, including French tips, ombré, colour combinations and other requested styles. Consult with clients to assess their nail condition, preferences and desired results, and recommend suitable nail treatments, systems, colours and designs.

Prepare natural nails appropriately for different nail enhancement systems and ensure products are applied safely and correctly. Provide clients with nail-care and aftercare advice and recommend appropriate nail-care products and maintenance treatments. Maintain high standards of hygiene and infection control by cleaning, disinfecting and sanitising tools, equipment,



treatment stations and work areas between clients.

Maintain a clean, hygienic and well-presented treatment area in accordance with salon procedures and relevant health and safety requirements. Receive client bookings, manage appointment schedules and maintain accurate client service and treatment records. Work collaboratively with other salon staff to provide a professional, efficient and welcoming client experience from arrival through to completion of treatment.

Qualification & Experience: At least an AQF Certificate III or higher qualification in Beauty Therapy; or relevant experience can substitute for formal qualification. At least 1 year of relevant experience working as a similar role in a salon, spa or clinic environment. Experience with manicures, pedicures, nail art, and hair removal treatments.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a genuine interest in client care. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment while maintaining attention to detail. A well-presented, professional manner with clients.
