/n Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will sit at the centre of project delivery, acting as the bridge between design, engineering, and construction teams. Working across both pre-construction and delivery phases, you will coordinate BIM workflows, manage and integrate models from multiple stakeholders, and drive clash-free outcomes. This is a hands-on role combining coordination, modelling, and stakeholder engagement, where your ability to bring structure, clarity, and technical insight will directly influence project performance. /n /n Key Responsibilities & Deliverables /n /n

- Prepare and support BIM workflows across design and construction phases

/n

- Coordinate and aggregate BIM models from consultants and subcontractors

/n

- Perform clash detection and produce detailed coordination reports

/n

- Maintain BIM models, object libraries, and CAD standards

/n





- Support construction planning through 4D simulations and quantity take-offs

/n

- Ensure adherence to BIM execution plans and project standards

/n

- Collaborate closely with engineering and site teams to resolve design conflicts

/n

- Provide BIM support for scheduling, costing, and project coordination

/n

- Assist in value engineering and buildability improvements

/n

- Deliver BIM training and support to project stakeholders

/n /n /n What We Are Looking For /n /n

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering or similar

/n

- Min 3+ years' experience in BIM coordination within construction/infrastructure

/n

- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks (essential)

/n

- Solid understanding of construction methodologies and project lifecycles

/n

- Experience working across multiple stakeholders and disciplines

/n

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills

/n

- Ability to manage deadlines and operate in quick-paced project environments

/n

- Clear communication and strong attention to detail
