Your new role An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Leading Hand Boilermaker to join a high-performing maintenance team at Bowen Basin Mine. This is a true working leadership position where you will lead by example, providing guidance and support to your crew while remaining hands-on with the tools. You will be involved in the maintenance and repair of wash plant infrastructure, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

This role is offered on a 7/7 days-only roster with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

What you'll need to succeed

- Australian Trade Qualification in Engineering Fabrication or Boilermaking
- Demonstrated experience in a Leading Hand or supervisory capacity




- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability and willingness to work in a hands-on role
- Proven experience within mining, heavy industry, or fixed plant maintenance environments
- Ability to successfully pass a weld test
- Commitment to maintaining high safety standards
- Current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical
