Silverstone is actively seeking 2 experienced Bore Field Fitter's to cater to our clients' requirements in the thriving WA mining and resources sector.

Mechanical

Fitter role is primarily a maintenance function, maintaining Potable and Process water Infrastructures to include RO Plants and Bore fields services and repair.

Duties:

- Reverse Osmosis RO Plant daily checks, servicing, and repairs

- Site potable flow meter inspections and replacements

- Potable water filter service and replacements

- Production bore pump changeouts, water line repairs, new installs

- Assist with water leaks at the village, and Process Plant, replace worst sections of lines that continually fail.

- Water storage tank inspections

Requirements:

- Relevant Mechanical Trade Certificate (Australian recognised)





- Mining industry experience or similar processing industry with Potable water generating systems and water services infrastructure.

- Experienced in using computerized ERP systems, preferably SAP.

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organisation

- Current Work at Heights competency.

- Current confined space competency.

- Current Confined Space Entry competency.

- Crane & Franna / forklift or Telehandler / EWP / Dogging & Rigging tickets desirable.

- Unrestricted "C" Class Drivers' License

- National Police Clearance - within 6 months

- Full Australian working rights

- Successful applicants would be required to provide contactable reference's and be able to meet Pre-employment medical and drug screen criteria prior to commencement.
